Plex Menu On DirecTv Stream App

My Plex menu on the left side of the screen has TV Shows and Movies in it. It is displayed properly on multiple PCs and Android phones and also my Roku box. However, on my Directv box, TV shows are not in the menu. The Movie icon is there, but it can’t find any of my movies. It just spins around?

If I do I search, I can find the TV Shows and Movies, but for some reason they are not in the main menu?
