Ok, if you had to recreate everything, then it sounds like you possibly had a corrupted database that was preventing any updates to it from working correctly still. You wouldn’t happen to still have your old DB file lying around?
I do, but without the Music Library in it.
I can send it as is, or re-add my music library, and send it, what files would you need?
Let’s try just as-is first. I just need the DB file. Settings \ Server \ Help \ Download Dataabse
Not in front of my Pc now but will sort attaching the log file first thing in the morning if that will help as mine is still broken!

here it is, without music library.
While I have you, when I deleted my profile and rebuilt all my libaries, I no longer have the ability to create a playlist from a folder. I for sure used to do this, but in the time between I last did it, and deleting my profile, there was a plex media server update, did this feature disappear? Or is something possibly different when I created my new libraries?

I have just updated to the latest version of the Server software after sending you those and Boom - Plex Mix is back!
Checked on phone and tablet and it’s showing on both! 
after the update plex mix has come back. I hope thats fixed it

@4Meadway - Since it’s fixed for you I did’t bother looking at the logs or DB. I went ahead and deleted them from the thread.
@WayneBilger - Please try the new PMS update and let me know if this is resolved for you too.

Installed it a couple of hours ago, restored my old profile and have added my music library. I’ll update you when it finishes scanning.

No dice, same error. I have Plex Mix available, but get “Sorry, there is no Plex Mix available for this track.”…for every track I try still.
Same problem for me . When I refresh all the library Plex mix work a little time and after stop working. I have try to delete the library and to create a new one but same problem. What is the solution ?
I only got it working by deleting my profile directory and starting over.
Not a real solution at all, but it works now.
