Plex Moives on Qnap output plays in Fast Forward Mode

Hello Plex new comer.

I have an issue when playing off the Qnap to my Pioneer receiver, when selecting a movie it plays in the fast forward mode. I can not press play to watch movie. ( I have hooked up the Qnap HDMI to Receiver )

When i use my Apple TV or Fire TV the movies play perfect.

I have contacted Qnap Tech Support and they told me its a Plex issue.

Is there a fix to make the Qnap play the movies so I can get the better audio format.
