Hi guys.
I’m running Plex on a Western Digital My Cloud Home server. This is connected to my home router and my Samsung Smart TV is also connected to the same router.
Watching Movies on Plex through the Samsung TV used to work perfectly but over the last month or so it’s become very hit and miss. Sometimes it plays the first few minutes then stops, other times it says cannot connect to the server. I’ve just tried right now and got ‘A network error occurred’. This is happening about 70% of the time. The other 30% of the time it works as it should.
All of my video files are either MVK of MP4 files which i’m sure should work.
Does anyone know what I could do to try to fix this. I keep having to disappoint my kids when they try to watch a movie.
Any help anyone can give me would be greatly received.
