Error: There seems to be a Problem. A network error has occurred.. ?

Hi all,

Im new to using plex and havent really been able to understand it fully quite yet but I have run into a peculiar situation that I dont know how to fix. i have a Library of about 150 movies that play just fine. No issues on any device I try to play them on. Samsung 4k tv/ipad/samsung s7 all work fine. However, if I try to play a specific TV show I downloaded the series for, it will play for about 1 minute and then stop and give the error. Any ideas? if I need to post my logs I can. I was looking through them to see if I could spot the issue but I half dont know what im looking at and half dont see anything crazy abnormal.

If you will please recreate the error (DEBUG logging, not Verbose), go to Settings - Server - Help - Download Logs, and then attach the ZIP file it gives you here, we can look at it and see what it’s complaining about.
