Plex music - artist posters

Hi

A lot of my music artists posters have gone missing. When I refresh these e.g. ABBA no poster art is downloaded. I’ve created some posters and put these in the artist folder. On refreshing data these are not automatically added. They can be added manually.

Obviously I am missing something. Perhaps you can help me solve this problem which is causing me some frustration. Your assistance in doing so would be greatly appreciated.

I’m using Plex (1.32.5.7349.7000) on a Synology DS918+ (DSM 7.1.1-42962 Update 6).
