Plex music not grabbing artist and bio despite being 100% correctly matched

Plex music not grabbing photo of artist along with artist bio depsite being 100% matched - what is causing this? I fix match all time , for movies and tv shows and it works. Most artists it work, but for some it doesnt. Any information is appreciate thank you

Artist example is Cody Hibbard which is an artist that is available in MusicBrainz Picard and allmusic having both picture and bio information

I find that for Plex music metadata to fully work it relies on the artists musicbrainz page having links to last.fm and allmusic. The artist you mentioned has no links at all on musicbrainz
