Missing Artist Information

I’ve had to build a new server recently due to HDD failure. After setting up my NAS and scanning my media libraries, I have noticed that Plex hasn’t matched any of the Music Artists like it previously did. I have no issues with Plex matching my Movies or TV Shows but not Music Artists. Even after I manually match the artist correctly, it shows the metadata refresh icon then just displays nothing. It still remains unmatched.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Can you manually match those artists?

I try to manually match them and what you see in the images is the result. It acts as if I haven’t matched them.

Still no changes.
