I am running the latest Plex on my home server and only use it for streaming Lossless audio and linked a folder with ALAC files in it. I would use my FLAC files but iOS doesn’t nativity support FLAC. From what I gather it will stream ALAC files without converting. Plex reads my FLAC files just fine, but never reads the ALAC ones.
