Plex for some reason is not generating preview thumbnails for all of my movies. I have had multiple servers and this has been a constant issue. There is no rhyme or reason and nothing I do can get the server to generate thumbnails for those movies.
Force analyzing does nothing. Deleting the movies and re-adding them does nothing. I have Emby running in the same computer and ALL movies on Emby server generate thumbnails, ZERO problems. I dont get it Plex. I’m tired of this silly hiccup. I’m paying for Plex Pass and this is ridiculous.
If a Plex associate could please provide some assistance as well as a permanent fix it would be much appreciated.
