Plex not loading movies on web or mobile app

Server Version#: 1.22.1.4228
Player Version#: web player

I have a Plex server running on Linux Free BSD 11.2

After installing en testen the stream on my tv everything works fine, but when I use the mobile app or the webbrowser on my pc the streams dont even load. Cpu begins to throttle for no result

I have recorded it for a better understanding 27,5 MB is there a way I can upload it or do you guys know this problem?
