I’ve issued a certificate from my certificate authority which I hope to use on my Plex Server with my dns name; plex.example.com. I’ve got the full path to the certificate in Custom certificate location. It’s a .pfx file which contains the certificate, private key and CA certificate.
Then I’ve got the password for the pfx file in Custom certificate encryption key. Custom certificate domain is the DNS name which matches the issued to field on the certificate.
In Custom server access URLs, I’ve got https://plex.example.com:32400
I’ve tried accessing the server internally and from the internet but it still uses the default plex.direct certificate.
I’ve tried rebooting the server.
Server Version#: 1.18.4.2171
PMS installed on Windows Server 2019
Here’s some logs I’m continually seeing. The fingerprint it’s referring to is for the default plex.direct certificate. My OCSP service is not working at the moment so maybe that’s the issue?
