I have HDHomerun Prime and am trying to record from the Plex Guide. When I clic the round record button it appears to be recording, but when I go into the “Recordings” section after a very short time a triangle exclamation point shows next to the record and when I hover over it , it says “transcoder error” . I have my transcoder set to “automatic” - how do I fix so that I can record?
(also since I’m recording, why does it need a transcoder?
Is this the proper place to ask for support to get running or is there a support # or other means ? FWIW - I have the Plex Pass
