I created a new server running Ubuntu. I created the RAID set as RAID 5, and formatted the array in Ubuntu, but when I create the library in Plex, and populate it with movies it still shows that no movies were found. The array is mounted, and I can move files to it Is there something I am missing?
Since the array is a “Big Logical Hard Drive”, treat it as such.
Choose whatever mount point you want to use provided the chosen name does not conflict with anything or is nested under some directory which is otherwise reserved.
I mount:
/dev/md0 - /
/dev/md1 - /home
/dev/md2 - /vmssd
/dev/md3 - /vol (This is my big RAID 6 array)
