Plex not using CPU at all to create thumbnails and detect intros

Pretty much the title. Even when I’m not streaming or downloading from and to the server respectively plex does not use any cpu for creating thumbnails or detecting intros.

Creating thumbnails for 1 episode of 1 tv show takes about 24 hours or more.
