My MediaServer crashed last weekend (due to a damned Windows update). I finally had to reinstall Windows 10, and Plex Media Server. I have been running Plex for several years, and it has always worked perfectly. Since the reinstall, it sees all of my movies, downloaded all of the movie information, and my catalog screen looks just as it did before, but when I try to play a movie, I just get a screen with the little yellow ring going round and round, and will sometimes finally get an error message, but usually, I just get a black screen with the yellow ring. I have tried every setting in Plex, but nothing has changed. Any idea what is happening or what I need to change?
