I've reinstalled plex so it is on the OS drive, Reinstalled .net (I'm running 4.5.1) and I'm still getting the same error.
any suggestions?
I have no clue looks like it cannot get to the codeplex URL to download the application with clickonce. try re-downloading the clickonce installer? I know some people where having a problem with this in alpha 1 maybe they can chime in. aside from that make sire .net 4.5 is installed.
Could those CPU spikes have been enough to cause transcoding to suffer? I did monitor the CPU usage server side and couldn't see enough spikes from PlexNotify to cause buffering issues with only 2-3 streams going, but as soon as I killed PlexNotify everything worked normally. Could the SQL be using that much disk I/O that it would cause buffering issues?
It could slow your PMS witch could limit the number of streams. as for I/O issues not a chance, it uses practically nothing. You would have to have 100's of streams before Plex Notify was causing disk I/O problems.
Also in your Notification settings, had noticed a bug with converting the old settings file, The "Paused" message in settings was replaced by the "Playing" message. Make sure you change it! sorry about that!
Request: Can the individual Log of Events be condensed into showing the last event of each particular Movie or Show? Then clicking on any Movie or Show would reveal the entire log event for each. It seems tedious scrolling through the Log of Events as they are now displayed. Not a big deal but thought I'd throw it out there and see if it makes any sense to do it this way.

Just to be clear. I am envisioning one (the last) event per Movie or Show displayed in the Log of Events. And the ability to see the entire log for each with the click of a button. Is this correct?

Theres just going to be a toggle swtich that says something to the effect "Only show latest event for each Video".
Request: Can Shows be renamed to TV Shows on the Statistics page making it more consistant with how Plex displays it?
I have a huge settings change coming to fix this. It will be fixed this week.

The server is a DC, DNS server, PMS, FlexRAID-F, CP, SB, SAB. All possible security features are disabled... I'm desperate lol...

It has access because I cleared it and saved it and xml showed the changes...

The full database spec is up anyone can use it if they want. Also there are already several Plugin Interfaces. if there are any c# devs that want to make a Plugin. The webserver is Coming this month too for any WebDev's out there who want to make a plugin for this. I am making all plugins a painless as possible too.

Humm thats interesting. first you should probably remove that image because your app ID and Password salt is showing. Someone can steal your plex password. So if the settings are being written then Plex Notify cannot reach out to the internet for some reason. there has to be something blocking it.

I've customised a number of the notification messages and these all work well, apart from the progress one. The notificatation still shows `User has reached the % checkpoint' in the title but the rest of the notification shows my customisation. All the other notifications show the customisations in both the title and the body. Thoughts?

The installer goes through the download process and once it reaches 6.20MB it pops up with "Application cannot be started" with the log I sent earlier.
