I've tried installing a few different versions of the clickonce installer (over the last few days) but I'm still getting the same error. I've read through this entire forum but haven't found anyone with the same issue...... I must be missing something.
The installer goes through the download process and once it reaches 6.20MB it pops up with "Application cannot be started" with the log I sent earlier.
I donated before your software was even released because I was so hopeful, anything help would be great.
The application data can be found at: C:\Users\*YOURUSER*\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\
do a search in there and delete all folders containing Plex Notify
oops. i've had problems with pushalot not being sent notifications today & the friendly server name is still showing as Local PMS ... are these bugs or my bad? pushalot was working fine up until today & the server hasn't been displaying correctly for a few days. no biggy.

To change the server name select it from the combo box in basic settings and change the friendly name.
As for pushover. I'm not sure. I did not change any of that code.
Hey not sure what is going on but now i get this just repeating overe and over causing the xml to grow rapidly.
May this have to do with me trying to set a friendly picture?
Humm. Delete your logs and restart plex notify. If it's still doing it can you send me the log file that it makes. Thanks!

Ok after saving my jpg to png it put it just over 8kb...
made it smaller and changed it to png just under 8kb and works perfectly.
Does not want to use jpg... only png it seems.
It takes a ton of image types. As long as it's under 8k. If you have a MySql database it's much higher. 65kb
Not sure what you are referring to as far as adding a pic. A screenshot of this would be helpful. I may be interested in this if I see what and where it is located.

no idea why but on MySQL, after "trying" to set one image in a user (64x64 8kb), PN just crash on any notification or when going in users in statistics...

I just received the same bug on another thread. What type of image was it?
Also here is the sql:
DELETE FROM Userimage WHERE Name = 'plexname'
