Plex player home screen shows new episode under Continue watching and recently added TV, but when I select the episode, it takes me to the series screen and shows all previous eps but not the new one. If I access Plex Web or Plex on Android TV it shows and plays the new episode just fine. Just on the LG app that there is an issue. If I restart the server, then the app shows the new Ep. It was the same recently when I created some collections for movies. I created them through plex web but the TV would not even show the collections tab at the top of the movies screen until I restarted the server.
no one seriously have this issue? Just me?
Exit Plex client on LG and re enter it should appear
There have been quite a few threads about this issue. Many users reported it. According to the Plex devs it has now finally been fixed in app version 5.36.1.
