Plex on future Allwinner Optimus Board

Hey, I'm new here and quite a heavy user of Plex (just not in the forums ;)). I'v just read about this device called Allwinner Optimus Board, that is said to be unveiled at CES 2014 and to be coming soon to the market. It will be quite small and powerful. 

I am no expert in developing Plex, so bear with me here please. When this comes out and if this will be available in some form like the Raspberry Pi, could a Plex client be ported or developed for it, like the Rasplex?
