Plex on iOS doubling movie icons

Hello, a new issue has just started (I am assuming as a result of an upgraded iOS Plex app) where certain movies for whatever reason are showing twice in my library. For instance, Ace Ventura Pet Detective shows once (with the small print “1 movies” under it), and another time right next to it (saying “1994” under it). It never did this before, and it only does it on my iOS devices (iPhones and Apple TVs). Interestingly enough, when I go on the computer that acts as my media server, it only lists it once as it should. Also when I log on from another mac computer and connect to my media server, it lists it only once as normal. Only the iOS devices are connecting to my library this way, the computers all list it fine…which makes me think its app related since the new update. Thoughts? Thanks!

This is the new collections stuff

Yup, and it doesn’t work on AppleTV worth a darn right now! https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/301752/collections-broken-on-tvos#latest

This is a pain. I can’t believe they haven’t fixed this bug yet. Disabling collections doesn’t work with Apple TV right now according to the article. It’s a glitch. Only going into each movie manually and deleting collections seems to fix it. Not sure if I should go in and manually delete collections from each movie or wait until they fix the bug?

Wait for the bug fix.
I’d still disable the automatic fetching of those collections, as explained in the linked article.
