Plex on iOS shows as offline (only for one user)

Server Version#: 1.401.8227
Player Version#: iOS 8.33

Plex Remote is properly configured and working fine for other users. Everything works OK, however when I log in using iOS app over WAN my server shows as offline, if I switch to a manged user using the same account it shows as online and works just fine…

Secure connections are preferred, have also tried adding “rebind-domain-ok=/plex.direct/” under Dnsmasq Options… not sure what else to try or check…

Any suggestions?
