So. Ive been a Plex user for several years, but only using it locally on my Mac mini. Remote access has never been used, as I only use it at home with my Apple TV.
Yesterday the need to start using one of my iPads with the Plex app appeared. The iPad
will only be used at home.
Downloaded the app through the App Store and so far so good. App opens as it should and I can log in using my Plex account information. No issues there.However I do not get access to my server content.
I can see the server, and its listed as Offline. Is this due to the simple fact that Remote access must be Enabled? It is not currently.
Or am I missing some other settings, that at the moment is eluding me. I would prefer accessing it using a Offline option, if possible.
I greatly appreciate any and all help to solve this little conundrum,
