Hello,
I am having issues where the Plex app on my Roku tv randomly freezes (definitely feels like a buffer issue as the video freezes and the audio spurts before it freezes completely) and then will eventually crash and send me back to the Roku menu. Sometimes I can hit the home button myself on the remote to shut it down, other times I have to wait for it to do it on its own. I can’t figure out if it’s this stupid Roku tv or if it’s my server or what I can do to fix it. I’ve removed and reinstalled the app, looked for audio settings in the plex app (there isn’t anything to disable on the roku), and searched other things on the internet to no avail. Any suggestions?
