Plex on Sonos - Unable to Browse Music

Server Version#: 1.32.5.7349
Player Version#:Sonos Integration (3.0.0)

I have had this before but again, without anything changing, Sonos reports “Unable to Browse Music” although I can search my Plex library within Sonos and cast to Sonos from Plexamp (but when I do, no activity shows on the dashboard).

Steps tried so far:
Re-authorize Plex on Sonos
Remove and re-add Plex on Sonos
Change Plex password and re-authenticate all apps
Rebooted router

Remote access works flawlessly.

Debug logs show 401 unauthorized:

Without me changing or updating a single thing, the 401 error has gone away and now if I cast to Sonos from Plexamp, the activity does show on the dashboard.

Still unable to browse Plex through Sonos but I get a different error now -

“No Available Plex Media Server has tracks. Please add tracks to your music library”.

I have (again) re-authorized Plex on Sonos but still the same message but the 401 errors have stopped.

Further update:
If I cast to a group of Sonos speakers, no activity shows in the dashboard.

If I cast to a single speaker, activity shows on the dashboard and if I then group speakers, the activity is still shown

Looking even further - every track I have played today (in the car and at work) on my phone on Plexamp, according to the play history was played on Sonos.

Sonos/Plex integration needs some serious attention from the dev team.

I have a somewhat similar issue.

I had three music libraries – Music, Christmas and Spoken Word.

Sonos, will only show music from Christmas and wouldn’t allow me to see any other choices under Plex > Other Sources.

I deleted the Christmas library.

Sonos didn’t like that, so I deleted Plex from Sonos and reauthorized it.

Sonos defaulted to Spoken Word and wouldn’t show Music under Plex > Other Sources.

I deleted Spoken Word.

After, again, deleting and re-adding Plex to Sonos, I get the “No available Plex Media Server has tracks. Please add tracks to your music library.”

I have a Music library, it’s currently the only Music library in Plex. It has tracks. Any of them can be played via the Plex web app or PlexAmp, etc.

What’s happening here that is preventing my main Music library from appearing in Sonos? I can re-add the Christmas and Spoken Word libraries and they will, again, show up in Sonos, but not the Music library.

I can re-add the Christmas and Spoken Word libraries to Plex and they immediately show up in Sonos, but not my Music library.
