The Plex on Xbox One is not scrolling on the left orange menu (Movies, TV Shows, Music…) either with Xbox controller, universal remote and xbox one media controller. The only move that I can do to leave the left menu ir to right so I go to the right view of Plex and I can navigate normally, up, down, right and left. However on the left side (orange one) I can’t go up and down, only right. The same thing happens when I enter on a movie or episode, I can’t navigate too.
Same thing happening to me. App has become unusable because I can’t navigate. This seems to have started happening after the update to my XBox One which brought lot’s of changes.
Have you tried a hard reboot of the console (hold power button down until light turns off)? In the preview of the new dashboard it seemed like that was the catch all first try for pretty much everything.
I’ve tried everything to resolve this issue, nothing worked, till I’ve remember about keyboard attached to USB and it seems one key was hold down. So stupid…
