Titles and Collections Missing, Out of Order, and more

Hi All,

I’m experiencing a few issues and was hoping someone could shed some light.

Issue 1 - When you scroll left or right searching for a movie after a few seconds Plex will jump back to the title you were originally on. For example. I go into the movies section and start at A. I scroll right until I get to the titles starting with C. I stop scrolling and Plex will jump back to the titles starting with A. I would say this problem happens around 70% of the time. I do find that if I scroll slowly, instead of holding down the right/left button, the problem is less likely to occur.

Issue 2 - New issue. In the last month or so I notice that titles and collections will go missing or titles will appear out of order. Also, if I select G to go to titles starting with G, Plex will show random titles that don’t start with G. 99% of the time the problem is fixed with a hard reset. I have noticed this occurs only when the Xbox One is in the low power state. It’s strange since the Xbox has always been in a low power state and it’s never been an issue until recently.

Issue 1 was definitely an issue for me in the past. Not sure if it was fixed with the last update, the interface is so slow now I just watch stuff on my iPad in front of my 65" TV.
