Plex optimise not working anymore, after latest updates

Hi. i noticed after the last 2-3 server version upgrades that the optimize feature is not working anymore , or it works randomly .
If i close totally the server app and all it`s processes and relaunch, after 10-20 seconds of “thinking” it starts converting.
Anybody else has the same problem ?
Did not happened until the udp fix updates versions appeared…
