Today my plex pass features stopped working. The movies now have commercials. Downloading of subtitles option no longer appears. I checked and my Plex pass is paid up for another 4 months. I am signed into the app correctly. What else should i try?
Plex Pass has nothing to do with the presence or absence of ads.
You are not playing from your own server, but from the “Movies & TV” library which is living on plex.tv.
All media in there are free to watch with ads. That applies also to titles which you may also have on your own server. But if you want to see them without ads, you must play the version on your own server.
