Plex Pass - Gift

Hello All,

I purchased a plex pass subscription as a gift for someone on tuesday using this page: plex.tv/gifts

The transaction has gone through and the status of the purchase on my account is labeled as “Settled”, yet I never received the needed email. Yes, I have checked my spam folder.

I couldn’t find a support email address or phone number to get this issue resolved, so I took to the forums for an answer. There didn’t seem to be any similar Q/A topics on the support page, nor anything about gifts.
Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to resolve this issue?

@Delorean100 please email gifts (at) plex (dot) tv and we can look into this for you :slight_smile:

We actually initiated another email to the original address for the gift purchase. Our email processor shows that the recipient mail server acknowledged it as “Delivered”, so you should hopefully see it now. Apologies for any inconvenience.

I checked my credit card and you guys made the charge so I know the transaction was processed on your side yet I never received the needed email. Yes, I have checked my spam folder.
I couldn’t find a support email address or phone number to get this issue resolved, so I took to the forums for an answer. Last week there was nothing similar in the Q/A topics on the support page, nor anything about gifts, or in the forum. I am kind of happy that Delorean100 had the same problem (Sorry I am not happy of your situation, but instead that there was somebody in the same boat)
can somebody please help me with this issue?

We don’t see any gift purchases made while you were signed in under the ama1002 account. Please email details to ‘plexpass at plex tv’ (such as the name of a different account if you were signed into one when making the purchase).
