Plex Pass Offline Content for all users on my account

Hi guys!
I am thinking of acquiring Plex Pass but I have a relevant pre-purchase question. The thing is I have some members of my family as addressed users to my content. Would everyone be able to download content from my library and use it offline from their portable devices If I get Plex Pass?

Yes, anyone you share with, and enable Mobile Sync for them, will be able to use the feature if you have a PlexPass

What if I get Plex Pass from a guest account? I mean, if the account that has all the media content does not have Plex Pass, would I be able to “mobile sync” that main account content in some way? Wouldn’t I need that sync permission from it?
