Plex Photo on Android Can't See Media Server on IPV6

Server Version#:1.42.2.10156 on Windows 11
Player Version#:2025.2.0 on Android

Plex on Android can find the Media Server on my Deco BE63 network but Plex Photo on Android cannot on my Deco BE63 network when running both IPV4 and IPV6. If I disable IPV6 then Plex Photo on Android works fine. This is true on both Pixel 9a phone and on Samsung S9 tablet.

Every other combination of clients works fine with IPV6 enabled. These include:

Plex on Android, Plex on Windows 11, Plex on Google Network Streamer

It’s only Plex Photo on Android. (I haven’t tried Plex Music).

Since Plex works on Android, I assume this could be fixe by just linking into Plex Photo whatever communication library Plex on Android is using. This is meant to be a helpful bug report but I couldn’t find any specific way to report bugs to you.
