Plex photos on Android

I don’t know if I’m missing a setting somewhere but I can’t seem to download photos and videos in the plex photos app. It’s really infuriating that I now have 2 apps on my phone and neither let me download photos?

If I click on the three dots all I get are the photo details?

I miss the old plex app that had everything accessible :frowning:

The only thing I can think is that my Google account email is different to my Plex one but I’m logging in with my email not via google etc?

The new Plex Photos app is incomplete and based on my best guess, will not be updated soon as the Plex devs have been underwater fighting fires from the new UI update to Android, Firestick, and Roku - not to mention the number of people displeased with the new UI.
