Plex pick up 1 tuner only - help!

I have a Technisat Combo HD CI tuner on Windows (single device, 2 tuners), with BDA driver and I have the same issue. This tuner has a DVB-T and a DVB-C tuner, but Plex only Pick Up the DVB-T one, which is bad, since I want to use dvb-c.

Try adding the ip of the turner when adding to plex. If it is a usb tuner then after plugging into nas use the ip of the nas but make sure the usb access is set me public

Can anyone help me?

Both tuner works fine in both TVMosaic and MediaPortal.
