Plex playback controls active on Galaxy Watch 4

I have plex installed on all my android devices (shield tv’s, samsung mobile and tablets) as well as on our apple tv’s

on my watch since latest beta update I now have it constantly showing the music icon notification at the bottom of my watch display. when click on this it is plex, showing a song that has not been played for months.

Currently no devices are playing anything through plex or plexamp, so why has this all off a sudden started showing on my watch.

I’ve rebooted both my watch and phone, but it still persists. I’m not listening to any music via plex on my phone, so this should not be active on my watch. other than uninstalling plex, is there any other way to fix this

What watch?
There is no Plex app with support for any type of watch.

Plex is not my active media player on my mobile phone, i’m not actually playing any media on my phone, so why is it advertising to my watch it is.

also checking plex history no music played since reinstalled it in august

@OttoKerner any update on this? Is this a Plex bug?
