Server Version#: Version 1.16.4.1469
Good morning,
Thank you for reading my post. I recently setup a plex media server on a synology 918+. As I was organizing the content on this server, my hard drive crashed. Luckily, I backed up the plex folder and all of the media content.
Now that I received new hard drives for the synology, I attempted to transfer the backed up plex folder to the same location that the plex folder is installed to on the NAS. Furthermore, I placed all of my media in the same folders. In other words, the content on my new hard drive looks identical to my previous just before the demise of my hard drive.
After I reinstalled plex and tranferred all of my files, thankfully the metadata on the server was restored (I meticulously customized each of my movies and tv shows). I then went through and changed each library location. Now, I am at a spot where all of my content states “Playback error: An error occurred loading items to play.” Where should I go from here? Thank you.

Edit: I have also attempted to delete a library and add the library back to the server. I continue to receive the same error despite my files actually being okay.
Update: After fulling around a bit, I simply uninstalled and reinstalled plex on my Synology. The folders that have already re-scanned libraries appear to work now.
