'Playback error' on all media after new install

Hi all,
I recently replaced my WDMyCloud EX2 with a new box. I am keeping the same 2 hard drives from the previous box with all the media unchanged. I manually added the new plexServer to WD app list. The server runs okay now. I can play some of the web content on the plex (I am using my chrome browser to go to the plex server IP directly to navigate). I have now scanned my library and can see all the metadata there but when trying to play any of the media, I get a playback error. I have tried :

  • optimizing database
  • removing all libraries and readding them

As I type this, I have an inclination that the issue might be with the library cache somewhere but not sure. I have attached the server logs hoping one of you might be able to point me to the right direction. Thanking you in advance.

I’m having this same issue after replacing one of my drives. It affects the web and iOS devices but not my FireTV, for some reason.
