have been experiencing this problem for the past month. during playback the entire system crashes. It is definitely the players issue and not system. have been a plex user for many years and this has me scratching my head.
have reduced playback settings to minimal without any change. updated etc. etc.
Im sure im overlooking something obvious.
windows 10 system more than capable of running high end video etc. no issues with other players just plex either web or app?

can re-create the issue etc to update the logs. but havent used the app since this log was created.
Do you mean to say not just the app but the OS? If so, the problem is the hardware or drivers.
The logs you posted from the app are not from a crash (which makes me think you don’t mean the OS crashed). Instead the app receives a WM_DESTROY to its window shortly after it was no longer fullscreen. Did you do something else while taking the app out of fullscreen?
