Plex Player for Windows stalls on load

Windows 11H Snapdragon ™ 7c Gen 2 @ 2.55 GHz 2.55 GHz
No logs as I am unable to open the player. It checks for a login which is done automatically, then just sits there with 2 circles gong round and around. I have tried loading it as Administrator, no change.
What am I missing?

I don’t think that this app is going to be usable on an ARM CPU.

It’s usable albeit a bit sluggish. HTPC performs a bit better because it offloads so much to the GPU which means less is emulated.
