Plex Player Mac won't remember window size

The Macintosh version of the desktop player remembers the window size on a 2012 iMac but on my iMac Pro it doesn’t!!! I note that this is apparently an old issue first raised last August without resolution.

Both have exactly the same software (Mojave with all the latest updates).

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Same problem here with Plex Player Mac v.1.6.3.1009-57cf57c8 on a late 2015 iMac 5K with Catalina 10.15.3.

This is annoying. It remembers its window size on one computer, but not on another.

Both are 5k iMacs running the latest macOS—one is just a year older than the other, 2016 & 2017.

Plex Player Mac 1.8.0 still has the same problem.

also for me… random remember, random doesn’t remember
last version of Plex for Mac

Months later…I’ve just installed Plex for Mac on a new iMac - macOS Catalina 10.15.6 and having this same issue. The old iMac - also a 5K model and also running macOS 10.15.6 - did not have this issue. What gives, has anyone found a workaround???
