Hello. I am very disappointed about no official updates of Plex app for my ULTRA HIGH DEFINITION UBD-M9500 on Tizen 3.0!!! This device already fulfills your requirements (Tizen 2.4+ and it is an Ultra High Definition samsung family device!). Why the Plex app is stuck on 3.1.0???
Please do not leave us out and consider our device eligible for receiving updates like other UHD Samsung TV’s. I know it is a Blu-Ray player not a TV but it is virtually identical in terms of functionality and power like any other Samsung UHD TV.
Or at least provide regularly the files to manually sideload the latest or relevant Plex updates PLEASE!!!
Hi. And why there is an Official Plex (3.1.0) app on Samsung Store now? It does not seem a consistent answer from your side. We are a lot of people that bought this device as a very decent Plex player, in fact much better than many others.
At least can you provide the files to sideload by our own? It is clearly a question of willingness from your side.

Yes, it is very frustating to see the App in version 3.1.0 in the Samsung Hub and no Updates available (UBD-M8500).
Did you see any way to update by USB.
Totally agree I’m sure this wouldn’t take that much effort, It’s actually a very good plex player better than most in terms of picture quality and sound options.
