My last version on my samsung TV QE65Q9F is 5.59.3 (1/19/24) and the last version is 5.87.1
: Plex for Samsung (2016+ 4K/UHD televisions) - #133 by sLumpy
I don’t understand why i can"t update to the last version…? is it normal? how to do it?
The automatic update is of course activated in my app configuration TV.
I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall: same version (5.59.3)
Can i do it “manually”?

What is the version number displayed inside the Plex app settings, not in the Samsung app store?
EDIT: To add some additional context…
The Plex app installed from the Samsung app store is not the full app, but a base loader app.
When you launch it, it downloads the full version from the Internet. On subsequent launches, it checks for updates and downloads if one is available.
That is why the version displayed in the Samsung store does not match what is really running.
