There are many reasons why I might not want to stream all my podcasts over the internet and have storage concerns. PLEASE add the capability to download podcasts to SD card. The “storage location” in the download and sync menu should persist to allow podcasts to be stored on the SD card not on the internal storage.
I asked for syncing to a USB device a couple years ago, hasn’t happened

I bugged the hell out of Plex a while back and posted the same basic post as a comment everywhere. I actually had traction with a Plex worker but not eventual action. Time to beat the drum again.
