Plex Push Notifications with CLI Scanner

Hello! I don’t know if it’s a bug or a forgotten implementation but when scanning with CLI (https://support.plex.tv/articles/201242707-plex-media-scanner-via-command-line) there is no “Plex Push Notifications” while scanning with the Plex API does send notifications.
