I am trying to set up remote access for my server as since i have changed my ISP i cant do it any more.

I have tried troubleshooting as well but no luck. As it does shows the green light for couple of second and that it turn back to red.

Please help me.

Did you set up your port forwarding?

Check canyouseeme.org for success on your port.

So the problem i am having when i go to canyouseeme.org,
the IP address there is not match with my router WAN IP and i have router come modem sullied from my ISP.

Router/Modem: Netcomm NF18acv

Sounds like a cgnat issue.

Might need to request a static IP from the ISP
What ip does can you see me show?

Ok so wan ip address is : 100.69.57.23
and ip on canyouseeme.org is 116.251.203.29

also i have setup the static ip too my pc too which is 192.168.20.50

So you saying I need to request static Ip from ISP?

Also do I still need to set up static up for pc through router as it running the Plex media server and directly connected with modem/router via Ethernet.!?

I recently switched to a new ISP that has CGNAT. This solved my problem:

You need to setup a VPS with an external IP that listens to the plex requests. GCP offers a micro instance virtually for free that can be used for this.
