Hi,
On our Plex IOS device we have started noticing many hevc files cannot be resumed properly. The audio track loads but the video does not (it plays audio with the TV show cover as a static image). Starting a new file has no issues, and even starting playback from the beginning on problematic files works fine, it is localised to resume playback. The PMS error log is along the lines of:

Googling this did not turn up anything useful, and as I said the files can be direct played just fine so it isn’t an encoding issue. Everything works as expected on my android phone and Nvidia Shield with the same files. Is there any solution for this issue?
