Hello, for a while I was able to add reviews without any issues, but recently, the option has stopped appearing. I can only rate the movie or series with stars, but I can’t write a review. Can anyone help me? It doesn’t let me do it on the Windows app, the iOS app, or the media server app, which are the three I use.
Writing user reviews requires a verified email. Your email is likely already verified during account creation, but if for some reason it is not, you can send a verification email from your account page.
Media items matched with the Plex Movie or Plex Series modern agents from a Plex Media Server library.
User Reviews are not stored locally on the Plex Media Server, so Syncing Watch State and Ratings for your account is required. If not enabled, only the option to rate will be available on server library pages. The option will remain available on “Discover” and “Movies & Shows” details pages from our online catalog. Yes, all of those are ok in my setup. For two weeks I was able to write reviews for every film, but since mid november I cannot write any review.

Do you experience the same inside and outside your home network?
I wonder if there might be something about your home network setup / router that could be blocking the Plex clients from talking to the Plex backend.
