Rate & Review is not displayed

Hello everyone! I have the problem that Rate & Review is not displayed. Neither in the browser nor in the iOS app. I still see stars (or again, because Rate & Review was definitely there before). I currently have to take the detour of first awarding stars, then going to my star rating via activities and editing it to turn it into a fully-fledged review.

I don’t know why it’s like this, because when I access a server that I have access to from a friend, I can use Rate & Review there. So will it have something to do with the Plex server?

I am using the current public version 1.41.3.9314 on a Synology NAS.

Can anyone help me?

It is only usable if

  • your library uses the modern metadata agent
  • your library has matching of adult content disabled

Ok, that was probably the problem. I must have been blind, because I couldn’t find anything about it. I also don’t quite understand why the review function no longer works via a simple button. Because despite the fact that this option was activated for me, I was able to write reviews via a detour.
