I have an issue with Plex search where it stops working about 75% completion of my library loading. Running version 1.0.3.2461. It works, then it completely stops working and will not find anything. I’ve tried bouncing the service and restarting the jail and that doesn’t fix it.
I have also tried numberous times to fix this by deleting the database file, -shm, and -wal files, and letting the database rebuild from scratch. As soon as I do this, search starts working again, then eventually dies. I have no idea what’s causing this. Could the library be too big for plex and sqlite isn’t robust enough to handle a million plus files?

This is running on an Intel C2758 Atom chipset w/ 32 GB memory. I don’t believe server performance is an issue. Could searching the library while it’s still scanning files possibly cause corruption? Highly doubt it, but who knows…
