Plex seems to be deleting files

Server Version#: 1.26.0.5715
currently having an issue in which i will add some files to the directory and then after a day or so those files disappear, seemingly deleted. the files show up in the logs repeatedly but i can find no resource to help with understanding the logs at all. here is the entries i have found (minus ip) and the log it was in. if anyone could please help me understand what is happening it would be appreciated. there are 3 entries doing this. in this case its related to komi cant communicate season 2, episode 2. the other two is also happening to episode 2 for two other shows.

this repeats again later in the log. then this repeats in logs 2, 3, 4, 5 for media server logs.

i have tested the files to confirm there is nothing wrong with them but for whatever reason they just keep getting beleted and i can only assume that plex is doing it somehow.

Could you show a screen capture showing both the of show folder, the season folders as well as the files in season 2 directory (ls -la)

you will have to give me some time for that. server isnt mine and the owner told me to figure it out because hes lazy. also its a remote machine in linux so he cant do it until he gets off work. anything else we can check for now while im waiting?

A zip of the server logs could also help, instead of the snips provided

Sadly logs rolled over, so no traces of that show in the scanners log
